Rum for Fun was born from one simple realization: rum is awesome, and yet, somehow still underrated. While other spirits get documentaries, tasting societies, and fan clubs, rum is too often stuck playing second fiddle to whiskey or being drowned in cola, although there’s nothing wrong with a little rum and cola.
We’re here to fix that.

At Rum for Fun, we’re your spirited sidekick on the journey to understanding, enjoying, and maybe even obsessing over rum. Whether you’re:

What We Do

We drink rum. We write about it. We research how it’s made, where it’s from, and why some bottles taste like caramel gold while others punch you in the tonsils and leave your eyes watering. We visit distilleries, test cocktails, and read boring technical papers so you don’t have to (although we usually find them interesting). Then we wrap it all up in content that’s useful, entertaining, and just a little cheeky.
